This is our easiest option and no cost to the employer! Choose a date and time for an onsite visit from Forever Fitness. We will provide a special rate (no enrollment, discounted dues, and free tanning) for your employees and come to you. Your employees will have the option to enroll on this "open enrollment date" at your location. It’s easy!! Past participants include: Wake Weekly, Applebees, and the Wake Forest Fire Department. Option 2: Open Enrollment This is a great way to offer the benefit to your employees at their convenience. Forever Fitness will work with you to set up an open enrollment period, generally lasting one month. During this period only, we will provide a special corporate rate (discounted dues, free tanning) when the employees visit Forever Fitness with proof of employment. Past participants include: The Body Shop, Wake Forest Police Department, Wakefield Schools, and many more! Option 3: Employee Paid Benefit This option is for employers that want to provide a health care benefit to their employees by purchasing their memberships (or portion) and providing it as a complimentary or extremely discounted benefit to the employees. This plan is the favorite among employees, but takes a little extra creative collaboration from our management team.
