John Osika at Forever Fitness in Raleigh, NC 21 months ago I was on vacation with my family. When we got home my wife had the photos developed. All I could say was, "What is that hanging over the front of my shorts?" (Better yet, "When will I be due?") I’ve had a gym membership for some time but never found the time to use it. Well, after the first picture I got with a friend to start working out 3 times a week during lunch. Neither of us had made the time for the gym with work and families.
 

After 1 year I had lost and kept off about 26 pounds but I found I was doing the same things all the time. We both talked and asked David if he would train both of us at the same time. David agreed so we got started.

I can say that having a workout buddy makes me get to the gym 3 times per week. But if you keep doing the same workout all the time you see no more changes. Since the training with David I’m seeing large changes and the pace of the workouts is great. This has been a great 1-2 punch (workout buddy, trainer).
