After losing almost 60 pounds and maintaining a regular exercise routine, I had reached a plateau. After consulting with David
Hess, Personal Trainer and General Manager, I decided it was time to take my exercise to a new level. Although I was skeptical
about what results could be achieved at my age, I decided to trust his expertise and go for it. I am so glad I did! Not only
do I enjoy my personal training sessions with David, who knows just how to challenge AND encourage me, I am thrilled with the
results! I have more strength and muscle tone than when I was younger, my energy level has increased, my bone density has
improved, and I now wear a smaller size. So, take it from me . . . it’s never too late to improve your health and appearance
without surgery!
