I joined Forever Fitness in March 2008 where I was introduced for the first time to personal training and my new Certified
Trainer, Kent Butler. After taking key measurements and asking health related questions, Kent developed a fitness plan to
fit my workout and coaching needs. Kent is motivating and challenging in his training methods. Each session begins with a
quick assessment of how I felt after the last session and if I have any health concerns that he should be aware of. All
workouts are different, focused on increasing endurance, strength, and well-being. Kent helped me make a valuable investment
in myself. My goals for adding personal training to my life include improved physical health by increasing endurance,
decreasing body fat, and increasing strength and toning. By helping me achieve these goals, Kent has also helped me to improve
my mental health by challenging me to push myself and gain confidence in my abilities. Each session ends with a smile and
encouraging words of accomplishment. Having Kent Butler as a personal trainer is definitely a positive return on my investment
in myself.
