    As we age, it becomes increasingly evident that our bodies and our minds begin to break down. We work with our clients and educate them on how to improve their quality of life through exercise and nutrition. We have Registered Nurses and Certified Personal Trainers on staff ready to meet with you and start you on the path toward achieving a healthier body and healthier mind.

    We realize that each of our Clients are unique and we customize programs to fit their needs.  We strive to ensure each Client receives our undivided attention during their sessions. We constantly adapt our programs to ensure they do not become routine while maintaining a fun and inviting atmosphere that involves music and laughter.  Our services include Personalized Training Sessions, Group Training Sessions, Group Exercise Classes, and Memory Fitness.

Personal Training

We are certified experts in exercise physiology, anatomy, training program development, exercise application, and nutrition. We apply that knowledge to your own goals, no matter your age or fitness level.

Group Exercise

We offer regularly scheduled group exercise classes that are designed to keep you moving while having fun. We deliver regularly scheduled 30-60 minute low impact classes that will keep you moving. 


We work with our clients to improve flexibility, balance, nutrition, and mental well being.  We leverage techniques such as stretching and yoga to help improve balance and reduce risks of dangerous falls.
