Please allow us to introduce ourselves...
Forever Fitness was started with a determined goal to help improve the lifestyle of aging adults through exercise and movement. Exercise is an important part of everyone’s everyday health and this especially holds true for older adults. Experts say aging adults should aim to be as active as possible and that the benefits of exercise will significantly increase the chances of living a longer, healthier life.
There are many benefits of exercising when you’re a senior:
- It improves your strength and helps you stay independent.
- It improves your balance and helps prevents falls.
- It gives you more energy.
- It reduces the chances of illness such as heart disease, diabetes, or osteoporosis.
- It can improve your mood and fight off depression.
- It can help improve cognitive function (Healthy Body and Healthy Mind).
